We encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination.

We respect your privacy, and do not share your personal information with any other businesses.

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, or receive a product that is defective, we will accept the return of unused merchandise for refund within 30 days when accompanied by your original receipt. On custom orders, we are unable to offer refunds, but we will gladly replace any defective pieces for up to one year from date of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns over $100.

If you made your purchase with a credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on the same card you used to make the purchase. If you paid by cash or check, your refund will be issued by company check, which may take up to 30 days to be processed.

Shipping

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt. If you have provided us with an email address, you will be notified of the shipment of your order via email.

We ship via UPS and offer Ground, and 2 Day Air. Ground service will take 5 to 7 business days to reach you. For orders over $300., or via another carrier, charges will be calculated and emailed to you.

For orders up to $100 . . . via Ground $8.50 . . . 2-day $17.50

For orders of $101 - $200 . . . via Ground $13.50 . . . 2-day $27.00

For orders of $201 - $300 . . . via Ground $16.50 . . . 2-day $38.00

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items

If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is too long for you, you may cancel the order. Otherwise, you will be notified as soon as your items are ready to ship.

Buying Information

Sales Tax

If you live in Colorado, or ship your order to Colorado, we are required to charge state sales tax. Ditto for City of Denver sales tax. We will gladly deliver orders within the Denver metro area.

Payment Options

We also accept personal checks and cash. When paying with personal check, your order will be shipped once payment is received and processed.

When You Will Be Charged

The credit card that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is shipped.

Gift Orders

You will be asked for the gift recipient’s name, shipping address and phone number when you make your order. We cannot gift wrap, but will enclose a gift card with your personal message.

How do I remove my name from your email or catalog mailing list?

Just let us know and we'll take the necessary steps. Go to our Contact Us page to email us. Be sure to enter your name and address or email address exactly as it appears on your mailing label or what a dish! emails. Please allow 60 days for your request to be processed
